City of Milton Water Rate Increase - The Public Service Commission (PSC)
has set the notice of hearing for Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
The hearing is located at Amnicon Falls Hearing Room at the Public
Service commission, 610 North Whitney Way, Madison, WI. The hearing
will also be held by telephone at the Shaw Municipal Center, 430 E High
Street in the Council Chambers located on the lower level. The
Administrative Law Judge will preside over the hearing. The public is
welcome to attend. Please review the Notice of Hearing for methods to
comment during the hearing. The Notice of Hearing will also have the
web address for the new water rates.
