If you've got a green thumb and particularly like hostas, there's a place in rural Milton that you must visit. Land of the Giants Hosta Farm is located just north of the City, and was recently rated as the 5th best hosta farm in the nation!
The owners, Jeff and Penny Miller, spoke at the Milton KIWANIS club lunch today and talked about their business. I was particularly impressed with the story behind their business, which involves Jeff leaving his job at GM to start the hosta farm with his wife (who had to leave her job because of a disability).
