Crossridge Park Playground Build Day Planning Meeting

The City of Milton Parks & Recreation Commission invites all those interested in helping on Build Day for the Crossridge Park Playground to attend the upcoming Parks & Recreation Commission meeting on June 16, 2014 where the commission will begin discussing preparations for Build Day. The Parks & Recreation Commission meeting will start at 6 p.m., but business related to the Crossridge Park Playground project is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place on the second floor of the Shaw Municipal Center, 430 E. High Street.

The Parks & Recreation Commission selected Lee Recreation as the vendor for the playground equipment, and a representative from the company will be on-site on Build Day to guide the volunteers through the process of building the playground. Lee Recreation will also be at the Parks & Recreation Commission meeting on June 16th as the commission starts discussing what steps need to be completed prior to Build Day.
