Online Payments to the City of Milton

The City of Milton started working with Payment Service Network (PSN) this year to process online and phone payments for utility bills, citations, and taxes.  Effective November 18, 2013, you will no longer be able to use Official Payments to pay the City.

Log on to www.milton-wi.gov/MakeaPayment to find out more information about PSN.

The fees for paying through PSN are as follows:
  • Utility & Citation payments up to $300
    • $3.99 eCheck or eSavings
    • $3.99 Credit Card
  • Real Estate Taxes (This option will be reactivated December 15, 2013 for the 2013 taxes)
    • $1.50 eCheck or eSavings
    • 2.70% Credit Card
PSN also allows the City of Milton to upload utility bills electronically so residents can opt to only receive electronic bills.  You will also receive a reminder e-mail the day before the bill due date.  To set up an account and start receiving your utility bills electronically, click on "Pay Utility Bill" at www.milton-wi.gov/MakeaPayment.  You will need your utility account number in order to set up an account.

If you have any questions, contact City Treasurer Connie DeKemper at cdekemper@ci.milton.wi.us or by phone at (608) 868-6900.
