Press Release - Toys for Tots Donation Box at MPD
Below is a press release from Milton Police Chief Dan Layber.
The City of Milton Police Department is hosting a “Toys for Tots” toy donation box in the lobby of the Milton Police Department now through Christmas. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve collects new, unwrapped toys during October through December each year to distribute as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. These new toys are delivered at Christmas as a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
Please bring the new toys to the Police Department at 120 Parkview Drive, Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm. We will place the toys in the donation box and they will be picked up by the “Toys for Tots” organization on a regular schedule. Thank you in advance for participating in this very worthwhile cause.
