On Tuesday evening the Milton Common Council approved a development agreement between the City and Penn Color Inc. to construct a 50K sq. ft. facility in our Crossroads Business Park. This is great news for the City and for Penn Color, who has been searching for a midwest location for nearly two years. With short-term plans for expansion to 100K sq. ft., this development is projected to eventually add 30 good-paying jobs to the community and nearly $4 Million in value to the business park.
